Jennifer S. Yeagle
Counsel
Jennifer S. Yeagle joined Sims & Campbell as Counsel in 2021, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families. Her practice focuses on sophisticated estate and gift planning, estate administration, business succession planning, and charitable giving. Jen approaches each client’s unique needs with creativity, empathy, and a deep understanding of the law.
A graduate of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Mid-Atlantic Fellows Institute, Jen began her legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Peter B. Krauser of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. She is a founding member and former Co-Chair of the Bar Association of Baltimore City (BABC) Estates and Trusts Committee, and currently serves on the Estate and Trust Section Council of the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA), where she helps shape estate and trust legislation to better serve the public and legal community. Jen is also an Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) through the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils.
Jen frequently speaks to fellow professionals on estate and trust topics. Her recent presentations include “Trust Me: It Could Be Worth It – Revocable Trust Administration” (BABC, March 2025) and “Planning Approaches to Will and Trust Drafting” (MSBA Evening Series, August 2024).
A native of Baltimore, Jen lives in the city with her husband, Ben, their daughters, Caroline and Annie, and their dog, Clementine. She is a former Trustee of The Bryn Mawr School (2019–2025) and currently serves on the Planned Giving Advisory Council for the Kennedy Krieger Institute. Jen is also a member of the Baltimore Estate Planning Council and the Baltimore Women’s Giving Circle.
