Frank Campbell, J.D., LL.M

Managing Attorney

Frank Campbell focuses his practice exclusively on Estate Planning and Administration. His work includes the strategic use of trusts and other legal entities to avoid probate, minimize estate and gift taxes, and implement planned giving strategies. He has lectured for both the Maryland State Bar Association and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association.

Frank began his legal career as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps. Prior to joining Sims & Campbell, he served as General Counsel for the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction, an agency tasked with overseeing and reporting to Congress on the rebuilding efforts in Iraq.

Frank currently serves on the Board of Directors for the YWCA of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County and the Anne Arundel Medical Center Foundation. He is a current member and former chair of the Estates and Trusts Section of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Anne Arundel County Estate Planning Council.
